New vape does not work

Fault vape - If the disposable equipment can not work directly after unpacking, there is usually nothing you can do. If you inhale disposable vape through the suction nozzle, there is no steam and no flashing light, then unfortunately the device is a faulty device. If this is the case, please take the vape back to the place where you bought it and ask for a refund or replacement. In order to minimize the purchase of problematic disposable products, please make sure to purchase from reputable brands or stores that provide good customer service.

The battery is dead - if the LED flashes red or orange after you use the new disposable vape, the battery is dead. Although this is rare for new vapes, sometimes the battery is not properly charged or the battery runs out of power when leaving the factory. Similarly, if this is the case, you should immediately seek a refund and take the device back to the place where you purchased it.

Fruit juice leakage - if your new disposable Vape Juice is covered with liquid, it indicates that the electronic cigarette juice inside has leaked everywhere, which may be the reason why your device cannot work. This is relatively uncommon for new equipment because most equipment is sealed, but it can happen.

Cover the airflow hole - if you have difficulty inhaling the new disposable product when you come into contact with it, this may be because you cover the airflow hole usually located at the bottom of the vape. These are one or two small slots at the bottom of the enclosure that need to be opened, not blocked, to allow air to enter the equipment when inhaled.
